Who we are…
The Andrews Foundation was founded and endowed in 1986 as a family foundation by Richard and Judith Andrews. The Andrews Foundation is dedicated to helping people and communities help themselves. We emphasize our support of organizations that help low-income people take control of their lives and permanently escape poverty.

Education
International/Domestic Poverty Focused Development

Food banks or Assistance Ministries Emergency Assistance outside of the Houston area
Lobbying of any kind
